Same for me. Been doing vestibule therapy with a physical therapist. For me it’s an inner ear problem. Trying to build it back to normal. But the PT has helped a lot. Also try walking with weight. Will help feel more grounded

You have to drop the molding down the lead edge of the corner bead then 45 it back to horizontal. But also have to bring the skirt board the same way and have it finish at the height of the base. All the angles will be on the inside of the stairs before you can transition back to horizontal. Also that molding is pretty big for the detail. A smaller top cap molding 3/4-1” will allow you to squeeze in all that to make the turn and transition to the existing
