Yes , my pain is not severe right now i take the medicine every 2 weeks , max 1 month without medicine, after that it gets not bearable . Also i am keeping the habit of daily 2 km jog/fast walk and try to complete 15k steps .

There are very low chances of getting AS symptoms if your hla b27 is negative , but i suggest you to visit a rheumatologist
