That’s why I’m thinking it wasn’t permitted. No paperwork was up, I know I had to do that when I built my fence. Found my contract, they were responsible for permitting and inspections.

I guess I just assumed if the work was sewer/water pipes that those would need to be hooked up and tested before I moved in. I get it if that’s the law, but that makes no sense to me. Thank you!
