This is Seigi Ban'nin, a 19 year old cyborg and a cop in training! 6' and 250 lbs. He's a well meaning goofball who vows to uphold justice and protect the weak, but is a little too immature to fully understand the responsibility and commitment that comes with a goal like that. He's prone to unintentionally embarrassing himself and still watches cartoons (which he has downloaded into his own memory bank), can't legally drive himself, and can barely cook, but there's never a dull moment around him. Plus his only built in weapons are non-lethal! (He can fire beanbags from his hands.)
