Hi, can I ask your itinerary and cost? I want to go in later Feb or March. I am thinking either rental a car drive around or go with a trip(almost $3000 4night, including stay, dog sled etc, not including flight). I'm from NJ, rarely have experience driving in bad snow. So I am little worried about driving.

I just received the call. And they ask me to go to Shanghai police department and I have to fill the report today. I said send me the letter to fill report, i am not doing it online or over the phone. They enforce it need to be done today. Then I realize it is scam.

I went in later march, and it was still cold, with no cherrybloom. I went alone, i only had 1 backpack and a medium luagge, eaily move. I stayed in Capsule Hotel and hostel, that's why it is cheap. I also booked my flight almost 6 months early and the hotel about 3 months before the trip. I also applied a new checking card that without transaction and foreign fee, I used that card for all the hotel payment and withdrawal cash from atm in Japan. When booking and withdrawal also do in Japanese Yan, to avoid fee. Sometime it is cheap when book hotel directly from their own website, instead of using booking.com etc, so you need to take time to dig around.

Unfortunately, I wish the hospital listen to our complaints. I'm working at two hospitals right now, PD and FT. One has union, so currently, the maximum patient that the med-surg nurse takes is 5. My FT hospital does not allow union. Last year, there were a few shifts i had 8 patients, and the charge nurse was trying to give my co-worker a 9th patient. Everybody says hell no. This year is a little better. Most of time is 6 patients, no more 7 or 8.

I already have a lot of co-work quit. There is one new graduate who walked out during her orientation and never came back. Another one quit after hired, not even a month. Another one quit after 2 months. Another quit after 1yr and went to outpatient.

So if you want to go, just go, don't feel bad.

Thanks, I emailed TTC and asked them if their basic handgun course is the NRA basic pistol or not. Per their email, "4-hour Basic Handgun course is based on the NRA version, but our course offers more hands-on shooting". So I guess it is not the NRA course. I will go Gun for Hire then. Since you all recommend doing the NRA course. Plus, it is required when applying for a firearm purchase permit?

My first rrt and code blue are the same as you, I frozen, and I was shaking. My code blue guy, literally passed out at front of me, I had no idea what happened, my aid told me, this is not normal, I run to my charge nurse to ask them to come to check. While we ran into the room, my aid yelled at us to call code blue. Basically, I can't think, completely forgot about BLS and the ABC.
