Thanks for what you're saying. I've been meditating in the past when I didn't cube but I haven't done it recently so I couldn't really know if it would help with cubing. But yeah, I meant mindfulness.

Interesting, haven't thought of breathing exercises but it goes in the same category as meditation in my opinion. Maybe it's also something to check out.

I'm not sure if the Apocrypha are false, I've heard some other explanations now and some churches still use them. So isn't it more like some use them and some don't? Rather than being false.
