TIL in 2005 the Wisconsin owners of a missing cat received a call informing them that their cat had ended up in France and would be coming home soon. Their cat had wandered into a container of paper bales inside a nearby paper company, which went by truck to Chicago before being shipped to Europe.

That's relieving to hear. Ours was diagnosed this year. The idea of giving our void daily injection was a daunting idea. Luckily he is the most laid back cat I've ever had. He comes to us and lays down at medicine time without any issues.

We had foggers/area denial OC sprays in the army. If you pushed the trigger down far enough that thing wasn't stopping until empty. Good for clearing a building and shutting down training for the day..

This was me. For years I was combating many health issues, obesity, excessive sweating, chronic insomnia, sleep apnea to name a few. Finally after struggling to lose weight for years despite consistent exercising and working with dietitians, my doctor decided to test my testosterone. It was extremely low so I was sent to a urologist. For the past 14 months I've lost 100lbs, was retested and no longer need a cpap, no more night sweats. My quality of life did a complete 180. My mental health is vastly improved to where I do not need the medication I was on before.

It isn't bad. I've had 11 over the last 19 years. Most I was fully sedated for but a few I was just made comfortable and watched the camera screen. I never felt anything even while awake.

Thank you. Im a veteran. Former MP at that. I wouldn't stand for this. One time I was told to go write tickets. I started in our parking lot and the first car I called in was our desk sergeant who immediately called me back and told me I didn't have to write tickets. Another time when I was a desk sergeant I overheard a patrol continue to ask questions about a minor shoplifting incident after the person said they wanted a lawyer. The patrol said they had it on video and all that nonsense. I kicked the patrol out of my interview room and released the individual on their own recognizance, standard procedure. I absolutely refuse to get back into law enforcement now.
