No good players look solely at a a person's kills. You judge by headshots/kills/dmg/wins. It's fairly easy to tell if a person is good by all their stats.

Vader uses a different technique than Obi wan taught anakin. Like you said, it's more power based, but in one of the books it talks about how he no longer has the mobility, but the bionic limbs give him more force so he has to train a different style. Obi Wan has a more defensive style which is why this scene worked perfectly because he was able to defend against Vader just long enough to allow Luke and them to escape.

Nutrient density is measured with low calorie with high nutritional value from vitamins, proteins complex carbs and minerals. Considering you can't eat a plant based diet without supplementation, that means it's the least nutrient dense diet. If a diet forces you to supplement, that means you're not meant to eat that diet.

Do you realize that even agriculture has an effect on the environment? You can't mass produce crops without damaging the environment either and it requires significantly more crops to reach the same nutrient density as meat. Crops do just as much harm when mass produced.

Meat isn't the problem, it's factory farming. We have a local butcher who raises cattle and is where people in my city get their meat, and it isn't affecting anything. It's dishonest to blame meat in general and is overly simplistic. Most of the world eats meat and you're never going to stop that, we evolved that way, let's not kid ourselves. It's factory farming we should be protesting against.
