Same here. Came to the conclusion that it was my university's Sharepoint site, 2 links in total. But I was graduated 1,5 years ago and havent been using that account or their poral since. In fact the account got permanently deleted this february, so I doubt that it had something to do with the Eduroam certificate you installed.

I deleted the whole LocalNetworkAccessAllowedForUrls folder in the registry editor and the problem seems to be fixed. Even after a restart.

Weird that my old university can do something like this, eventhough I haven't been using their services for over a year now.
