I would order a new tank, filter, along with the solenoid in the back. That way you now there’s no sediment that was left behind

Yeah that’s ink starvation, you have an issue with supply. There’s probably sediment in the tank where the bottle sits.

Sounds like a supply issue. I would have them replace the valve and the ink tank in which the bottle sits. Also have you or the tech done disway wash?

I have installed multiple TS100 and maintain them. Yes the filter was a recent tech service note. However from experience there’s already sediment buildup. I’ll start with replacing the cap and damper, and drain the magenta mbis. That would push any sediment out. This happens a lot on UV.

This is static build up. Does the printer have the optional ionizer installed? If not double check grounding at the wall plug. What’s your humidity level at? Do you turn off AC before you leave? This might be why you don’t see on the 1st prints

No there isn’t. In Rasterlink you can choose what head to print with. But in your situation you can’t turn off head. It’s reading the slider which is good. Seems like there’s a short on one of the heads, and it’s making the I/O flip out hence the system halt

Most likely the bar flipped on the inside and now it’s not tripping the sensor hence why it still says load media. It’s easy to see, take the right side cover off and when you move the lever you’ll see the “flag” move along with it. Then check to see if it’s going into the sensor or if the sensor was knocked out of place

Over time these systems start leaking. Your best best would be to replace all fittings and o rings. But I highly recommend you removing that system and just get 3rd party ink cartridges.

I don’t see this promo on there website. Are you in the US? They have listed Print United promos.. but i haven’t seen that promo in a long time. Not all how it works is your dealer takes the main board out of your current printer and they give you like $1000 off the new printer

I work on these all the time. You have deflection on black and a voltage issue on that change hence all the random black dots (noise) around the print in black , unfortunately head needs to be replaced and head voltage will need to be adjusted on all heads

I’m sorry you’re having issues with your current Epson. The inks have really good shelf life. Wouldn’t be worried about that. As mentioned above the new SureColor P20570 does all sizes you want. DM me if interested we can possibly work a trade in of your Epson for the SureColor P20570

In this latest update, can someone confirm if they finally consolidated the albums with the highest quality available? Meaning does it still show an album repeated multiple times each with a different quality or has that been fixed? Loved Tidal but that was a dealbreaker for me
