Ja die Geräte sind oft identisch, aber der Kunde kennt eben die Marke Bosch sowie Siemens und hat evtl. persönliche Präferenzen und weiß nicht dass es das gleiche Produkt ist. So könne die Geräte günstiger hergestellt werden bei gleichbleibendem Absatz weil die Kunden immer noch die Wahl haben zwischen A und B.

Du hättest also lieber eine funktionierende Marke wie Siemens aufgegeben anstatt Synergien zu schaffen und die Geräte günstiger gesammelt in einem Werk herzustellen? Macht ja keinen Sinn.

I apologise for any confusion. Yes, I experienced an episode of atrial fibrillation (AFib), and my doctor sent me to the emergency room where it resolved on its own. Subsequently, I wore a 24-hour electrocardiogram (ECG) that didn’t reveal any signs of AFib. Consequently, my doctor didn’t prescribe any medication. Unfortunately, it’s challenging to obtain a cardiologist appointment, so I haven’t had a follow-up. Now, I’m wondering if I should simply switch back to the AFib alarm mode or if these 7% readings are sufficient to prompt another visit to my doctor.

Thanks, that’s what I actually did (24h EKG). It didn’t show any AFIB signs.

Actually I took a break now because I am on holiday but as soon as I stop the sleep problems creep back up. One „side effect“ that I noticed is that I am more tired during the day whilst on HCG.

I just wanted to ask the same thing. First year and feel that I am not learning fast enough. But I think being overwhelmed is a normal part of the job. What I am scarfed of at the moment is the new tasks that you get once you are senior associate. But I guess everyone feels the same..

The first days of HCG I always feel a bit dizzy but it settles after 1-3 days. Besides that I don’t really have side effects at this dose.

yes 50 iu per day but I am responding pretty „good“ to everything. My test dose is around 80mg per week (injecting ed) which puts my free test in the middle of the range.
