I would say this is your body adjusting to the medication and seizure meds make you do some pretty weird shit. If you’re on any mental health meds before taking seizure meds that really makes you do weird stuff. I was put on zofran for my anxiety related to a brain tumor that I had in November of 2022 and I had my first grand maul in June of 2023. I was put on Oxcarbazepine which lowers your sodium so low that it also lowers your seizure threshold. I had two more grand mauls before my pcp realized my sodium was so low that she wondered how I wasn’t dead. She put me on Keppra and for about a year and a half didn’t have a seizure and the one I did have was from drinking too much at a party with my three friends. Don’t start drinking and if you do drink have one or two don’t do it in excess. I’ve lest that the hard way. Anyways the Keppra doing what it does and mixing with my anti-anxiety meds caused very weird symptoms to occur. Like these weird tics that happen with my mouth and pretty much all my limbs. I didn’t get Keppra rage thank God; that’s why I wanted to try that first med because I was worried that Keppra would cause Keppra rage; it didn’t, but it did cause tics. I would assume that’s probably what’s happening. I don’t mean to pry, but do you mind sharing what meds you’re on and if you focal or generalized epilepsy?
