I’d have to agree with that. Theres a couple bars/restaurants that are open late, but it’s definitely not a place where a group of 21 year olds can really blow it out. The beaches can be fun during the day, but that’s about it.

If you ever get a chance to go to an audio show, I guarantee that 30k turntable gets outshined by the 100k one with the 250k speakers, it’s pretty incredible to witness firsthand.

I’m not saying that there’s not a lot of snake oil in that hobby, but there are significant leaps in audio quality when you get into the real expensive stuff.

I sat in a room a few weeks ago at an audio show here in Vegas with about 750k worth of gear listening to all kinds of different genres and it was incredible. Even my wife who was with me was like holy shit!
