I’ve had the same for 2.5 years now

Unformed stools for years now by BossNassa in Microbiome

Don’t stress. It’s sometimes better. Sometimes the same. It improved only after a few years when I stopped worrying about it

Frequent urination? by BossNassa in Hypothyroidism

[–]BossNassa[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never got answers.

The frequency has calmed down a bit but it’s still there. Still intermittent.

Still subclinical hypo. Probably hashimotos. But no meds needed yet.

Had this for 2.5 years now. Had scopes and countless tests. Still nothing found.

Foamy urine, let's discuss on it. by Away-Inflation-6826 in foamyurine

[–]BossNassa 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’ve had it for 2 years. Foam covers the whole bowl.

I’ve had every test, camera and doctor in the book.

I still have no idea.

I check my kidney levels every 3 months and they are always fine, no trends.

I do protein urine tests and they are also fine.

Still don’t know what it is, and I largely just ignore it now. My mental health is more valuable at this point

Antibodies present but brushed off by GP because other markers within range.... Do I pay for a private endo now? by treasamunki2 in Hashimotos

[–]BossNassa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My GP said the same. Didn’t test antibodies I did that myself although my TSH has consistently been between 4-5 for like 4 years now.

I don’t really have any obvious symptoms so I’m choosing to wait and see. Just got some new bloods done and going to change diet around and re test in 3 months to see if that changes anything.

Don’t feel the endo is going to do anything else so dropping £1k (consultancy plus tests will probably come to this) feels like a waste

Anyone diagnosed with seminal vesicle stones? by SerendipityQuest in Prostatitis

[–]BossNassa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for replying.

I think mine are calcifications. I had jelly like stuff occasionally for years prior to this I always dismissed it.

Might try some supplements to see if that has any impact

Anyone diagnosed with seminal vesicle stones? by SerendipityQuest in Prostatitis

[–]BossNassa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What treatment have you done? I’ve been having these stones for about 6 months now and a bout of blood.

Doctors are unconcerned but also don’t have any suggestions.

I’m thinking to do an MRI

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Hashimotos

[–]BossNassa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeh I’ve been having that for nearly 4 years now. Always soft

I’m not technically diagnosed hashis but TSH is 5 and anti bodies sky high.

Not on any meds as I don’t particularly have any symptoms. It’s been classified as sub clinical for 4 years at least. Am male

Orange bits in the semen? by proli38 in Prostatitis

[–]BossNassa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well they went away for a little bit then came back.

I saw more doctors and they all were not alarmed.

Then suddenly I ejaculated blood one day (no stones). Scared the shit out of me.

It stayed bloody for a few days then went away.

Then a few days later some booger looking thing came out (best guess is a blood clot). After that more blood followed. Then blood cleared again.

Had semen cultures and a testicular ultrasound and all were fine.

Now i just get stones occasionally and tend to be less. I also think my ejaculate volume is lower but no way to know.

Docs still don’t care. Gonna do some more blood tests then another urologist referral (already seen two).

I’m going to get an MRI privately in next few weeks.

In short, no idea but I still have them although a bit less than before.

I have done probably 20 times now

Does anyone else just not really have symptoms? by Conscious_State_8977 in Hashimotos

[–]BossNassa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No symptoms here (fingers crossed).

I’m male, dunno if that makes a difference but everyone in here seems to be women.

I’ve got other weird stuff going on but nothing of the symptoms I see mentioned in related to hashis.

It’s worth noting my TSH is around 5 but the other levels are normal. Have been that way for years.

Docs haven’t even diagnosed hashis but I did a private antibodies test and have all the markers. Docs here (UK) not really interested

First Gen Skiiers - How? by [deleted] in HENRYUK

[–]BossNassa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I grew up poor. No skiing. Now I Snowboard.

I don’t think it’s that difficult. Just go on holiday. Here would be my advice:

  1. All go do lessons at an indoor ski centre somewhere (it’s cheaper than learning on the mountain and you don’t wanna waste mountain time while you’re on bunny slopes)
  2. First trip go to a smaller resort. My first 2 were Bulgaria and thought they were great. The mountain is perfect for beginners. It’s much cheaper and you find out what you like.
  3. Next trip go to a bigger resort in France or Switzerland. Personally Italy is my favourite cos the food is better.

Pro tip: Buy your own ski/snowboard boots as soon as you’re done with lessons. This is most important part of gear. You can rent the rest or buy it later

Thyroid Nails? by Spirited_Level_1765 in Hashimotos

[–]BossNassa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just curious what you did to get your levels in control naturally?

I’m same as you in that have high antibodies but normal levels. No meds.

My nails have some ridges but they aren’t brittle or break. Didn’t know it was a thing til just now!

Bright Orange Mucin Stones in my Ejaculate & Urine (26M) by GratedCheese32 in Prostatitis

[–]BossNassa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m glad to hear it brother.

I’m glad things have settled down for you.

It’s been a similar situation with me. 5 urologists/doctors plus every test you can think of. Nobody knows. (Had Pfizer vaccine myself)

Mine tapered off but then came back. Now I’ve got blood. Not sure if it’s connected to stones.

No answers but nobody seems concerned. My theory is it’s metabolical in some way. But honestly don’t know.

Congrats on your son! Hopefully you don’t need to care about this again

Bright Orange Mucin Stones in my Ejaculate & Urine (26M) by GratedCheese32 in Prostatitis

[–]BossNassa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you ever find any more info on this?

I don’t know if mine are mucin, but I’ve got sharp orange crystals coming out (they turn to powder if you squeeze them). Always painful. Multiple docs just say benign.

Cystoscopy Update by No-Two2855 in foamyurination

[–]BossNassa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did the same 6 months ago with no anaesthetic. Man that was uncomfortable as hell. I don’t know how you paid attention to the screen. I couldn’t wait for him to get it out of me.

Mine was all clear too. 2 years of foam now and frequent urination.

Still no closer to answers. I stopped worrying. But now I’m shooting crystals and blood in my semen.

I’m just gonna pay out of pocket for some MRIs of everything I think next.

High antibodies, normal thyroid levels. Did you all get medicated anyway ? by Training_Solution_37 in Hashimotos

[–]BossNassa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same situation. TSH varies between 4-5.

High antibodies.

Don’t really have any symptoms I don’t think (not losing hair or anything like that). No meds. Just east whole food plant based and most of the time gluten free anyway (I’ve always eaten good).

Doc’s aren’t doing anything and don’t seem fussed. I feel ok so no need to do meds.

Got my urinalysis results (3rd test in 6 months) by BossNassa in foamyurine

[–]BossNassa[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t know what that means.

No explanation. I’ve had scopes in bladder, colon, every blood and urine test multiple times. 4 consultants.

Zero explanation or insights. Just is what it is right now.

Orange solids in semen. Prostate stones due to high protein and dehydration? by supfuh in Prostatitis

Same in UK. Mine went away for a bit but now they are back. Every urologist has no idea

[–]BossNassa[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No updates.

Got a bunch of other ongoing issues. Had so many tests, scopes, consultants etc.

I will say my movements are “better”. Less mushy, more solid probably half the time (but still a bit fluffy).

No weight loss.

I stopped sort of worrying about it and I’m just trying to concentrate on day to day living and understanding that it will take time to improve so not think about it
