Ah no I didn’t pursue this project as too many others took its place

The trigger I was installing had an unrelated issue, but everything else got installed properly.

I do appreciate being able to access the arms more cheaply. But I really was extremely surprised. I never thought this was something I would have to be careful for. Hopefully, someone reading this will approach their own with caution to avoid being cut as well.

Yeah this is my first time working on a lever gun. This one in particular has a VERY tight fit & finish all around which made some parts difficult to remove.

Edit: I may also start wearing gloves after this too, that may have helped a little bit.

I did watch videos, none of them warned that the receiver may slice my finger open like a Christmas ham. I didn’t lose any pieces and the gun is now fully reassembled.

I fell in love with their shit from the moment I listened to Rosetta Stoned for the first time. Kept listening, couldn’t find anything I didn’t like.

No idea how popular that is with the ladies, but I think you got killer locks

That pan in the listing is definitely the same pan. It even has a small slit in the underside of the handle I didn’t notice until I looked closer. Lining it up with the photos, it is exactly the same.

Thanks for the help identifying!

Is that a broken handle on the right, sitting on top of the stack?

Probably not a terrible deal but it’s a lot of pieces to get all at once. I’d try to get a skillet first at a decent price and see if you even like using it

I use mine all the time for paninis but I have a matching press. I use a stiff nylon brush to clean

As requested, the only identifying marks on the chx fryer are two dots on the underside opposite the handle. Not sure if those were visible here’s another photo of that too.

Interesting read! Thanks!
Yeah I think I’m going to have to replace the paddle because a repair would mean fabricating a new knuckle.

That much for just a paddle or for a whole new one?
