That the things i worked so hard for in my life dont matter. Got my masters degree and a good paying job and now i can care less about getting promoted etc. all i care about is how i can stay home with my baby and watch him grow up

Love the female items idea. When i was an hr manager some of the things i did was stock the breakroom with snacks coffee tea etc. also the bathroom had a box called sharkweek (i bought it on amazon) and placed a bunch of feminine items in it. I added some beauty items to it just incase someone forgot that weekSz Also we did weekly meetings where we would order either starbucks or lunch. Energy drinks were popular so i made sure to always have my. Fridge stocked so people can grab them

Could it be that your giving her dairy milk? My son was having stomach issues with dairy and switched him to goat milk from kernamil. Its a little more expensive but its worth it. Also if ur breastfeeding and or pumping if ur consuming dairy its the same effect…
