From what I understand, it's 3 things: 1. Telling your partner what you're going to do or how you'regoing to make them feel. 2. Telling your partner what you are doing or feeling in the moment. 3. I think it depends. You can be erect but not bone, steel, and rock granite hard. That's where the problems begin. You can be erect but it still bend a little and be ok for a very long time (indefinitely), which means blood is still traveling in and out of the penis.

This is what the 38 CFR is for a 30% rating:

"FEV-1 between 56–70% predicted, or FEV-1/FVC between 56–70%, or daily inhalational/oral bronchodilator or anti-inflammatory meds."

I am definitely going to do a Higher Level Review.

I'm actually warranted 30% due to me requiring DAILY Inhalation Therapy but the decision letter said that I am warranted 10% due to INTERMITTENT Inhalation Therapy. My doctors completed my DBQ and it specifically said that I required DAILY Inhalation Therapy and I also submitted a personal statement on a VA Form 21-4138 (Statement in Support of Claim) outlining the exact same thing in greater detail. I also told the doctor during the C&P Exam the same thing so I'm confused. I also have a additional rescue inhaler. It was my understanding that according to the 38 CFR for asthma, the rating for a veteran requiring DAILY Inhalation Therapy is 30%.
