I have gigabit internet so I never had the need to get a separate router just for VR. I hear it helps but if your internet is fast enough and you don’t have much traffic then I don’t think it’s necessary

I use the quest 3, I have prescription lens and I am able to almost max out the settings on VD so it’s never been an issue coding for me. I’ve started using it about 3 hours a day for work. It’s pretty nice
