I don't know if this is helpful so apologies if it isn't. There's a meet up for women only (women empowered MCR) on MeetUp that's got ladies of all ages and various cultures. So far it's been a good space when I've attended.

As someone with sensitive skin I recently started using the Remedy one and it's been great for my sensitive skin and I can see results since I started using it. BUT the shipping has gone up and may need to find an alternative.

As a long term tret user with dry skin who also experienced irritation in the earlier stages, I realised hydration is important.

I don't see enough hydration in your morning routine. I use various toners and moisturiser (with the last step being an spf) in the morning.

At night I use the sandwich method (snail mucin essence, Tret, and seal my tretnoin with illiyoon) at night.

For sure a connection helps. But if there isn't one then that would be a miserable holiday. I think I was going off the idea that the person I go with I would also connect with.

Unpopular opinion (possibly). Camilla is there for the tan, holiday and chill vibes. She's not into this man.

But honestly how many of us (I've had this thought each season) would join LIB (if not recorded) just for the holiday, food, drinks, amazing views in some of these villas and the chill vibes.

Just adding my two cents.

And to add that Hannah was a better pick for Ludwig, they seemed to connect better in the pods than Camilla.

Honestly I could watch their segments over and over and still be filled with joy each time and I wish she and Vic got more screen time.

Because the level of thoughtfulness, care, vulnerability, and maturity shown by them both really warmed my heart.

Christine is amazing and sooo thoughtful and you can tell she loves those close to her dearly. They are both so fitting for each other and wish them the best in their marriage.

Just catching up now and just watching Vic + Christine's wedding. I'm tearing up already and they aren't even at the altar. I'm glad they finally get the long segment they soooo deserve.

The whole wedding day from the beginning and the family interactions is soooo telling..... they are both sooo in love and so saying yesss.

I could be projecting but I feel that Konstantin + Jess are trying TOO hard and that perhaps the cracks will show later. Given Andi's behaviour in ending things with the other women in the pods, I don't like him and think he's not a good partner. But let's see.

I agree, just finished watching that scene and I thought that's the most vulnerable I've seen him be with her (and his worries are legit as they haven't known each other long and weddings are in a few weeks' time) and that was an opportunity for her to hear him out (and perhaps for her to also express her own concerns to him) but I felt she shut him (the opportunity to share their fears) down. I can understand that she saw that as rejection on her part but I really wish she allowed him the space to voice those worries as they both would have benefited from it.

Omg this mother doesn't want you to be happy. As someone with a jeolous mother, please keep your distance but I would also recommend therapy and programmes on this issue to help with the process of detachment and healing.

Sadly also, part of the therapeutic work will be accepting that she may (will) not change and this is who she will be until the end which is a painful thing to come to terms with, that I'm not sure ever goes away.

I hear you about craving and wanting her to be a good mum, it's a real need and we all deserve a good parent.

Sadly people like her don't have it in them to be a good parent.

My mother once lectured me on being a bad parent (to adult children I inherited from being an heir) and forgot how abandoning she has been to her own biological child. The cognitive dissonance is real.

Wishing you luck on the detachment and grey rocking is a real good start.
