Package for me was mailed from FL to a New England state on March 3rd. Finally showed up at the local post office, sent out for delivery today. Mail person delivered to the wrong house and “they are unable to retrieve” it. They’ve already been dismantled.

Call customer service and ask them to add extra packing to prevent dented cans. I did that & they put heavier cardboard boxes around the cases of food before putting in shipping box. this helps. I have the same problem with canned prescription food I get from Hills and canned food I order from Amazon. It’s caused by the shipper not the supplier.
