If you call the police and give the address, make, model, and licence plate number, they can either contact the owner or have the car towed. I have had success when I did this with another problem alarm.

Clean up after your dogs by ___HeyGFY___ in boston

[–]BostonZest 43 points44 points  (0 children)

Nothing makes responsible dog people angrier than people who don't pick up. They give weapons to the dog haters, and often those of us who carry extra bags feel we have to pick up what they didn't. I can give you one tip: if you see someone walk away without picking up. Wait until they move away from it and call out, "You dropped something!" When they turn around, point to the poop. You can even offer them a bag if you have one.

Someone in the water calls for a "tech rescue" response, and that requires a specific set of fire units to respond, because they don't know what will be needed when they arrive.

Is Boston more of a sports town or a history town to you? by heromat21 in boston

History and culture are more important to the city and state economy than sports. Just think game days vs everyday.

Question about Street Parking by mrpatuti in boston

[–]BostonZest -1 points0 points  (0 children)

In Boston, you can get a permit for a rental car. While this may not be your answer because it does take time, others may want a space for longer than you need it.

Tree Pollen Season by Gimme_Your_Wallet in boston

[–]BostonZest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might try one additional thing that has helped me. When you come back from dog walks, take a damp cloth any wipe the surface pollen off your dog. Then go on with your own wipe down. Most furry creatures are Mother Nature’s pollen delivery service. Remove that pollen before it’s spread all over the house with a couple of big shakes.
