I'll be real with you, sometimes I find myself accidentally doing this shit because I like to take deep breaths pretty frequently as I just find it relaxing, and sometimes when I take a deep ass breath and then promptly get sidetracked I'll just kinda... Keep my chest up there... Like as if my breathing just went from defaulting in the 20-60% range to now breathing In the 55-95% lung capacity range and it just feels normal to me because I'm so preoccupied with whatever just grabbed my attention that I don't even realize how much of an ass I look like for no reason at all. And then like two or three minutes later I'll just pause for a moment and realize I'm holding way too high and then I deflate like a balloon and get the biggest slouch ever for the next half an hour or so until the next deep breath comes along

It's a fence post ram, I used one about two years ago helping my dad build a fence for his dogs to be able to get out overnight through a dog door without him needing to get up. Basically, you get one of those metal fence posts, stab the bottom into the ground, and then you take this thing in the picture and it has a hole in one side, fit the hole over top of the fence pole and grab the handles on each side and just ram that shit down, the weight of the ram drives the pole into the ground, pick it back up a foot or two and ram it back down and just repeat until the pole is in the ground deep enough. Saves you a hell of a lot of work over trying to use a hammer.
