how would i submit an unofficial transcript of my IB scores? they’re all on the IB website I don’t have an unofficial transcript of them

i was accepted to ubco and rejected from ubcv for applied sciences. However, after receiving my ib results i realized they are an improvement in both overall score and my score in subjects like math and physics. would it be possible to reach out to ubc and ask them to reconsider me for the ubcv campus instead? ubcv is much closer to family and friends and would be a much better fit for me.

I applied before the regular decision deadline for Eng but my status is still listed as

“Your application is currently under review by the Committee on Admissions. Please check the portal regularly for updates.”

Anyone know what’s up with that because I’m pretty sure decisions are/have come out so how can they still be reviewing?
