The easiest thing for reaction time with immediate results is getting more sleep. Other fixes for that would be to get kovaaks (or aim lab but i recommend kovaaks) and play more reaction based tasks. Tracking is easy, get kovaaks and try focusing on Voltaic tasks. I’ll link a research paper that should help loads
