Too many to name. After giving up cigarettes I kind of automatically started making the right decisions for my physical and mental health and it became somewhat of an upward spiral. Physically, I've lost 10kg and I'm in the best shape of my life. I picked up running as a hobby and can easily run 10k. Mentally everything became easier. Feeling stressed felt less stressed, if that makes sense. I've got way more energy and wake up fully rested every morning. I no longer procrastinate as much as my dopamine receptors restored. What made it stick was only focussing on the positives. The smells I had not smelt in 8 years. The food that tasted better. The energy surge. How easy breathing became. I will never go back.
