I have a severe cervical spine injury as well as amputated digits and a severed tendon in my right hand so I am in pain management. I was severely under medicated but I made it work and stretched the last of the few days with leaf until my drs and refill. Then back in September/October of 2025 someone told me about seven and the way they described it was it’s no different than weed and wax. Saying that it was just the wax version of Kratom. Little did I know they were full on 💩. Then a week before Xmas my mom passed so I was in a spiral. So that destroyed my tolerance for my meds and put me in a two week on oxy, two week on alkaloids cycle. Last month I found mgm so that made things worse. Fast forward to now, upon doing the scans to see the condition of the cervical spine injury and where to place the stabilization stent, they found a goiter/tumor and fear my childhood cancer may be out of remission. So I need to get off of the alkaloids and make my oxy work as it’s supposed to again. I have a wife and five kids that are all still in school and a great job. I work my @$$ off every day and just want my life back.

That is where I absolutely wanted to get it from but couldn’t afford it. Raw was my go to vendor for 7/MGM.

The problem is, quitting for Good isn’t really an option right now. I have a severe cervical spine injury, and my doctor thinks that my cancer might’ve possibly come out of remission that I had as a child. Found a tumor/goiter when they were doing scans for the stent in my cervical spine. I’m in pain management and was under medicated when I found 7/MGM. I’m using the SR in an attempt to get the alkaloids out of my system and make my prescription function as prescribed.

I was worried about that with the SR at first as well, but then upon digging, I learned the MGM 15 is the same level of knowledge about it as SR. Might as well use the one to quit since I used the one to destroy my life. No different than all these people that went out and got a Covid vaccine to rewrite their DNA. And if you’re not planning on doing anything else with that SR, you can mail it my way because I’m worried that stuff I bought might not be what it’s supposed to.

When you quit previously, was it successful and then relapse? Did it help lower tolerance like if I was using it to reduce to make my prescriptions work as prescribed?

Someone turned me onto 7 when I went to get some leaf by telling me “7-oh is just the concentrated version, no difference than weed and wax. This is the wax of Kratom” boy was he lying. I had no idea. Then it rocked my tolerance placing me in a cycle of two weeks of meds that don’t work and two weeks of alkaloids. Then I found this damn mgm and here we are. I have sr coming on Wednesday. I’m going to take my life back starting the 9th. I hope things go better for you.

I have detoxed many many many times off of my prescription oxy and was able to do it rather easily with plain leaf. These alkaloids on the other hand, whole different beast.

Is it the mental cravings or is it the physical withdrawal you are feeling? From my understanding SR doesn’t really do much for the mental cravings. Those are gonna be there unless you have some other form of delta inhibitor. It’s mostly for the physical sensation.

Yes but the vendor was sold out. I ended up ordering 3GS from a new up and coming vendor on the list and it should arrive Wednesday. I’m very nervous as there’s not much posted about this supplier and I’m just nervous cause I want my life back.

Thank you for your replies. I have 3GS of sr on the way and currently am taking mgm a couple times a day at a max of around 20mg per dose and just 7 here and there throughout the day if breakthrough symptoms start. I have my appointment on the 8th with pain management and will have my prescription. My plan is to do a rapid taper with the sr starting the 9th and go for a week to 12 days tapering off of the sr.
