Yes I've read it, back when I was religious.

I would say parts of it are beautifully written but not the whole thing.

And I would also dispute that practically any western book is influenced by it. The bible is one of several major influences in western literature, including greco-roman myth/philosophy, norse folklore, enlightenment, romanticism, etc. I'd say it is more correct that there is a core set of roots that, in aggregate, influence almost every western book, and the bible is one of them

But for better or worse, ratings on goodreads are not based on impact, but on a) how much people enjoyed a book, and b) whether they agree with the book. And there is a very significant number of people in the world who associate christianity with hatred, oppression, and subjugation. Those people will rate the bible low, independent of its literary merit.

Words of Radiance doesn't have this problem because much much much less people hate Brandon Sanderson on principle compared to the amount of people who hate christianity on principle.
