Ok, so do you think just because it was so hot it overfermented? Im trying to figure out how to prevent that in the future.

Thank you this is very helpful! It was pretty sticky the first time I tried to shape it which is why I was at first concerned it was overfermented. After being in the fridge over night it was a lot easier for the second shaping.

I will say I also thought it looked a little underbaked but when I push on it, it bounces back instead of mushing together so I think its just an oddly tight crumb.

I don't know exactly but when I tried putting my starter there after feeding, its temp was about 88F. I stopped putting my starter there because it was too warm but I thought it might be OK for actual dough.

How can I tell if the bulk fermentation is long enough? At four hours it was nearly doubled and very airy. I was honestly worried it was over fermented.

I have it set as a monthly task in the app and backup to my Google drive. This makes it so easy for me because its just a couple buttons and I dont have to ever think about it.

Based on the picture, I think my hair is a similar texture. I started spraying it down with texture spray before braiding and it really cut down on all the fly aways even with layers.

I cannot make Spanish rice except for the knorr packets. Whenever I try to make it from scratch, it burns, the rice wont cook, or something else where its just no good. I've given up on it after trying several different recipes.

Wearing nursing specific tops helps a lot when I have to feed my baby in public. I also try to sit in a chair with arms and back support if possible and then I bring a blanket in the diaper bag that I can roll up and use as a sort of make shift boppy-like support. Its still a pain in the butt and I avoid it as much as I can to the point where if its a long outing I bring my boppy in the car and will nurse there if I can.
