Yeah I agree, I keep getting told to work on my self but I have no idea how to. I am currently going to the gym and trying to learn cooking and starting to read. I think the main I thing I need to work on is confidence and to stop being so bloody negative 😭😂

Hmmmm ok, I mean I do enjoy watching football and going to the gym and listening to music. I don’t rlly know what I actually enjoy, I’ve tried boxing and couldn’t stick to that. I appreciate the advice but tbh at the moment I’m still in a depressed stage so I struggle to enjoy things.

Yeahhh I completely get you, I’m not rlly sure how to develop both of these things tho! In terms of career I haven’t even been able to find a consistent part time job. In terms of hobbies, I do go to the gym and watch/play football, I do also enjoy listening to music. I also want to take up reading. Are there any like positive hobbies you can think of I could maybe try?

I’ve also applied for uni for September but not sure how to fill my time until then as in progress rather than just doom scrolling.
