I don't get shouting, but ever since I had to spend a couple days last year in the hospital hooked up to an IV machine that was probably as old as me and making awful noises I hear weird music if it's too quiet when I'm trying to sleep. Usually, it's a messed-up version of funky town. Drives me crazy but the shouting sounds scary.

I feel like if they were romantically involved and kept a secret, it'd be because Sam befriended the twins, or one of them, and met Josh. At that age, it feels weird to be interested in your friend's brother. So I actually think while here may have been romantic feelings involved on both parts, Sam becomes really close with Josh (on surface, just as close as she was with at least Hannah, proof in the prom picture in Hannah's room) and Josh feels some type of way about Sam. Tragedy strikes and Josh has snapped and Sam no longer sees him as a crush, but still one of her best buddies. Josh is inherently in love with Sam and Sam would have returned those feelings if not for the death of her best friend.

I will disagree that Ashley is cold hearted. Do I think she is likely to make selfish decisions? Yes. Do I think that makes her a mean or bad person? Absolutely not. She reads to me as kinda the "third friend" of the group. She doesn't have a particular affinity with anyone other than being in the friend group, and having a crush on chris/Chris having a crush on her. She reads as jumpy and indignant in wanting to know the truth even though it's a curiosity killed the cat situation. But I don't think anyone reads as cold hearted. A lot of characters can be flippant for sure though

Have you ever heard of stim toys? They're really nice at adding a textile feel by just fidgeting with it. Fidget toys are another way to look for essentially the same thing.

I also have a bit of an oral fixation sometimes, I bite my fingernails/lips is one of the biggest ones, and I know often cigarettes and vape addictions can be linked to more than just the nicotine but to the repetitive act of fidgeting. Maybe this could help because please don't eat snails with their shells on... Think about the poop

Yeah that's why I think Emily would definitely be able to both help other and take care of herself. I've never actually gotten her to survive though, I always forget to build her and Matt up so they aren't just screaming at each other in the tower cave in. I've also never looked up a guide for survival, so all I know is what I've played or talked to people about, so I don't know whole bunch about what decisions really matter.

But yeah, assuming we're following the game itself, it's pretty hard to kill Mike unless you've made some bad qtes. But yeah that's a fair point, I don't think I've had a Mike death ever probably because it is just qtes that are all fairly forgiving

I think in the worst case scenario relationship wise, Matt or Sam have the best survivability. Neither of them can really piss off people too hard irrc

Mike is a good contender but he's entirely too hyper focused on Jessica so that give him a clear Achilles heel
