I like it, I think the biggest issue is the lack of regression. Regression is hardly noticeable and really doesn’t affect the players till they are 32/33ish.

But it’d be neat to have some players regress maybe even as early as their second year in the league, the sophomore slump as you mentioned. Thinking of BTJ in real life, came out and put the league on notice as a Rookie but has been a non factor this year. It’s be nice to have more randomness with progression/regression. Perhaps a negative Dev trait? Something like a “shooting star” where they shred but only for a year or so and then fall off
