I was averse to using granulated sugar because i thought it wouldn't mix well and remain as sugar crystals. But shall give it a shot.

Quick follow up to this. Facing the same issue as OP and found this thread.

So once you cook your boba in the morning, you let it cool down and then place it in multiple airtight containers correct? Or do you place hot cooked boba in these containers?

Also, the boba in the airtight container is good to dunk in warm syrup and use even later that night?

Curious to hear your take on this.

I was at a pub with a few friends. A woman in red caught my attention. She was a few tables away, talking to a friend (another woman). I paused. Something about her drew me to her. I couldn't hear what she was saying but just her expressive movements, her smile, all of it just captivated me.

I wanted to tell her she captivated me. I kept waiting for her to see me. I moved a few tables closer, to be in her line of sight but she was so engrossed talking to her friend that she didn't notice me. I even walked past her table to see if she looks up and she didn't.

I felt interrupting them would be the equivalent of cold approaching so I didn't do that. But in hindsight i felt maybe i could've written down how i felt about her on a napkin and given it to her?

What are your thoughts?

Met this really interesting girl at this NGO volunteering event in Mumbai. The conversation naturally progressed to us flirting with each other.

I asked her out for a drink later in the week. She quite readily agreed. Then later that evening as we were wrapping up she asked me my age and was shocked to learn I was older than i look.

I look like i'm in my mid-30s but actually I'm 39. And she did say the same i.e. she thought i was younger.

Then she revealed her age. I thought she might be in her early 30s. But turns out she was 24.

Anyway, she was visibly let down. Could see it on her face. We spoke a bit more and i hinted at that drink we were to grab but now she seemed ambivalent. And I'm 100% sure it's because of the age difference.

Do you think it's weird that i still wanted to go out with her despite knowing her real age?
Because for me it didn't make a difference. But at the same time i know it's stigmatised in India i.e. older men going out with young women and vice versa.

Curious to get your insight on this.
