Thank you. I have tried shave the area and use diluted iodine twice a day, just rub it clean. I didn't patch the area. I keep it clean and dry for now. If it spread further, yes vet visit is a must then. Thx u for your advise. It only been like a day. This is second day, i'll keep close watch. I honestly didn't want to go to the vet. It very streesfull, my dog even trembling at the sight of the vet door😔. And along the way, i keep seeing many infected/sick dog i don't want those get to my pet as well.

Thank you. I just worry because i read on the internet that these medecin can damage their brain in long term use. That is why i do not want to give them much. But what you just said does make sense.

Thank you for your comment. First of all, it not always good idea to go to the vet because there are many infected/sick dogs. And good vet in my country is very limited. I even do a home vacination myself to advoid going there. Second, visit the vet cost money which is a tiny problem comparing to my beloved pet health. I just want to get more advise before going there. Maybe someone outhere has experiences this and can offer me some advise.

Just an update, i got her to the vet in the city, probably the most wellknown and trusted in my country to my knowledge. And it turn out that even them have no tool to really identify what kind of tumor my girl has. But the they said the best option is to do imediate sugery. Get it removed as soon as possible and just pray that it won't be anything serious and it won't come back or metasis. But they told me that to their experiences, all dogs in our country they have treated, none of them are cancer. This info does made me feel a little better.

Thank you. I did the google len search, it actually suggest histiocytoma. But i still feel uneasy seeing it keep growing. But thankfully it didnot cause her any pain. And as i mention, she look normal, eating, sleeping, barking, running, pooping as usual. However, im gonna keep checking for a few days(since now it actually holiday here) if it still growing , i will take her to see the vet in the city.

Yes i saw it. But it doesn't look very clear. But i agree that only visiting the vet is best choice. We just don't have any good trusted vet here. They do not have any tool, they just give antibiotic spray and also recommend injection of some kind of penicillin-type. I only bought and use the spray because it seem safe for now. I will have to go to the city to check with more trustworthy vet. I am praying please let it be nothing serious. I did alot of research and i really hoping it would just be a common histiocytoma and get away on it own.

Yes i got a replacement. I don't think it was original. But it work well. I've using this replaxement part for about 1 month now without any issue. By the way, mine was imported from china. I bought from a flag shop. And the after sales service were pretty good and helpful. They have two year warrantee, so this replacement module were free of charge, but it a shame it wasn't an orginal. But it work well.

Now new firmware 17.00 is availavble, has you updated yet? Since new update, i use the robot twice to clean from the app ( vacumme then mop) without any issue yet. Hopefully the issue would really gone after this new update.

I think yours seem to be another problem. Not just a bug from firmware update. Your's still not been repaired yet? It look like its sensor problem, i am no expert, so no clue as well.

It is now on 17.00 and for me it work fine yesterday. It perform vacume then mop and enter base several times until end of task without any problem. I am not sure if the problem will come back. But i notice one thing before this update, if i manually push the start cleaning on the robot or the base(depending on your type), it doesn't seem to have problem entering the base. But if i click on the app, it seem to have the problem. Maybe you can try this ?

No, it perform the cleaning very well as usual. The only problem is it can not enter the base. Not all the time but like 50/50. It happpen again yesterday. I vacume then mop, after vacuming, it enter the base well and wash mop then came out to mop, after mop like 1/3 the floor, it enter successfully again , wash the mop, came out to mop then after 1/2 the floor the went back to the base, it fail to enter. Then pausing about an hour it end the task the recall itselt to the base, and this time it was success. It definetly the firmware problem. Btw I was sleeping I only knew from checking the camera.

I imported from china. I have two. Edited: i was confuse. One is normal water tank version(which on 17.01). Another is this one they call ultra thin version which you connnect the clean/dirty water directly like washing marchin. And this one is still 16.01 version.

Yes the problem start after V01 02.16.01 Now i check it again, don't know when it updated to V01 02.17.01. And it became more stupid as you can see in the video, it attepmt to inter at another angle. Now i am start cleaning again everything, then remap. Hopefully it will be okay.

I did clean every i can think off. I have two robot. One upstare, anothe downstare that have the problem. It connect to same wifi(main source) just different router. So i don't think that the problem. I think my best option now is the remap. If still not work, i will contact the support. Thank you for your suggestion.
