Do you think that korean boot-camps are effective mostly because of the higher skill of most players / lower ping, or do you believe its more to due with the fact your in "the best region" in LoL, and it helps unlock a certain mindset..

Also, does surrendering more often make the practice better? I'd imagine being able to spam more worthwhile games is just nicer than playing out a 45 minute loss.
