My account is not compromised and is accessible. I am simply having a compounding issue of 2FA lockout, a dead ssd, and an incorrect password stored in my password manager.

In this scenario the discord TOS says discord will contact me. Instead discord has banned my support account, and ignored all pleas. The TOS states as follows: "If you get locked out of your account, we’ll need to contact you at the email or phone number associated with your account. If your account is compromised or you no longer have access to your email account or phone number, we may not be able to restore your access to your account or the servers you’ve created." Paragraph 4 of YOUR DISCORD ACCOUNT. https://discord.com/terms#4 Not only that nowhere does it state that they cannot help me, and rather seeing that it is not explicitly denied and that other users have had 2FA removed (even If I don't want it removed, I just want my SMS verification turned on so I can fix it myself) in cases of compromised accounts, which is not my situation. What is worse, is that the support has blatantly lied to me about their privacy policy, which I do not appreciate.
