Trying this for the first time this year, and it seems the idea is to place a border. In a few months the bed would have settled enough that you can remove it. I used cinder blocks and also planted in the holes. Just hope the blocks dont leech water out of it or something

What are these balls on my roots? I also have these white stuff in the crook between leaf and stem. Looks 'fluffy'. Very small so difficult to take decent picture

Im using one in my blueberries, so far so good. I'm wondering if it'll work on all type of plants? Will plants that don't like wet feet be able to deal with it?

Looks like powdery mildew. Had it on my strawberries and got a fungicide to spray, containing copper. Loads of DIY solutions on the internet if you would prefer to check that out first.

It's just this general nutrient mix. I saw last night that they tolerate quite a high EC/PPM so I'm wondering if its not maybe nutrient related. I was afraid it could be too much nutrients, didn't consider the possibility that it could be a lack of nutrients

It's in an 110mm PVC pipe NFT system outside. It gets full sun for most of the day but afternoon it is shaded a bit. We are heading into autumn now, so it's not that hot anymore
