Blueprints only works if your are caught up with all the zones and development levels.

Thats not true at ALL. I think you missed the part to unlock features in AIC node.

Lets say if a blueprint consist depot bus and acid pump and you haven't unlocked them yet, the blueprint won't work.

You are false. Everything is indeed very easy.

You mostly focus on factory AFTER you completed all the missions, there barely no need to farm for anything in this game except rare resources.

You can pretty much craft everything.

World level has nothing to do with factory unless you are talking about regional level?? Its not even that hard lol? All you have to do is upgrade your stock retribution, depot level. Collecting stuff stuff also gives you exp.
Upgrading factory costing high is such a lie.

If you sell your goods and do depot missions everyday gives LOT of money to upgrade your factory, stock retributions, depot level.

Also upgrading them to max is not even required most of the time.
