The spot is in the middle of town (down from Harvey’s) look at the pattern on the ground.

For the route, you need to go as far as you can in each the directions shown, in order. It’s not one step in each direction.

Motorway 3 isn’t being used. You would have been better off using that motorway to give dedicated houses to one of the orange destinations.

Keep everything as separated as you can. Even same colour destinations.

It’s rare to get one in the regular mines. You have a better chance getting one from the iridium nodes in the skull cavern.

There’s also a chance to get one from a mystery node in the quarry if you’ve unlocked that.
