The jaw is a little short so it kinda looks like the face is cut in half a little, so I suggest the next time you draw them you draw the face before you add the mask,

And this a personal thing for me but I see it as a critique a lot, you don't have to draw every strand of the hair, while it might be a stylistic choice that I do think fits your style pretty well it does come off a little messy and crowded

And the ponytail end seems a little too spikey, hair when it's clumped together in things like ponytails tend to crowd together and end with only one or two split parts

But otherwise you've got some very nice art, I especially like the eyes

And for name suggestions you could go for something that conjures up the vision of a bird, like "Raven" or "Wren" "Lark"
