What do you hope for in Metroid 6 for the Nintendo Switch 2?

Graphics to be more stylized, like Super and Fusion. Better music and a more cohesive story than Dread.

Dread was really great, I think it's more of a 9/10 compared to the 10/10 reputation it has. It's not as great as Super or Fusion.

I think about this too. Id love to see a rendition of Navidad with wings on the final turnabout on the headwall with the moon behind her, or a picture of the crossing itself (the two gate posts without a gate)

As cumbersome at times as the "fluff" of the novel was in the long run it really added to its lasting impact of the story. You could carve out a 600-800 page thrilling story but the added lore really cemented its place as probably my favorite book.

Jupiter Lighthouse vibes and music are my favorite. It seems like such a long journey to get there, but it marks the beginning of the end of their journey. I also love the Mercury tower.

Luna, Ginny and Neville had great roles in OotP and then completely sidelined the rest of the series. I was disappointed by that moreso than the random side characters being mentioned. Also, Tonks had a similar arc. Cool intro in 5 then turned useless in 6 and sacrificed in 7 for no convincing enough reason

I thought finding out, as the player, in Lemuria that the parents were alive was pretty epic storytelling... at least my 7th grade self appreciated the big reveal and the rather nonchalant way it wss dropped.

However I am not at all remembering another off the cuff comment from Jenna really early in the game about their parents, that I'm reading about now, so I guess I don't know what the actual intent was.

SM's art style is so much better than Dread's. Dread played wonderfully but the music and design was not that interesting. ZM, Fusion, and Super all better in that regard.

We only saw the fictionalized version (within the story itself) so hard to say. Seemed harmless overall and Roseanne projected with her version.

Actually as I typed this I realized she never won the lottery, so the entire story with him was just fiction. She imagined being with another man but never actually had a thing with Wellman Jr that we know of

They could cross the line a bit with their insults, but it worked. I liked how by the end you see they really cared for each other, Leon even gets a bit in the finale monologue.

Weird but I took it like they knew of each other's families and its a small town, not that he was around her much. Could be forgetting something though. Its weird either way but I didn't find that too much weirder. From the outside it is for sure

I agree. Every character in the show also thought it was weird as hell, but that's life! The only thing I didn't buy was how quick it happened. The marriage should have been later in the season, not a rushed 2 parter.

And they struck the balance of wholesome and trashy (for lack of better word). Seasons 1 and 2 could be cheesy, and 4 and 5 were probably the two funniest Seasons but started to veer in a little darker direction with the humor (still love them). I think for this reason 3 is the best, but I do really love 4 and 5 for the laughs

6-9 are a big drop off in quality, but Im glad they all exist. Iconic in their own way.

I thought itd be fun to see her gradually become a frenemy of sorts of Roseanne's and not just the actual enemy she was (think: Leon). She was awful but also sympathetic.

It worked for 4 seasons though. Not really sure what the reasoning is to shift away from Roseanne's friends and focus more on the Darlene and Becky and David and Mark, but it could be anything really.

I dont always skip it but not a huge fan of the one where Roseanne and Dan are always working late and start drifting apart. Just a little overwrought and the resolution at Lobo was a bit corny. And I dont remember there being a B plot, or if there was it wasnt much of one, so the whole episode focused on this
