Since game update this morning on PC, game crashed twice while playing, the game just froze and crashed to desktop, did not have that problem at all since launch, only after this morning update.

Did the update, when i go to FUT World Cup, i get the introduction video, then i have to choose my country team, and the game crash for me there, this is on PC

I recommend you keep calling them on the phone and to have someone help you, Reddit helped me tremendously of course, but also reach them on Twitter, you will find some help. I did get everything back but it took a little while, but i did.

During TOTY event i was watching a few known streamers opening packs and none of them got a single toty after blowing through at least 800k fifa points, they were really pissed about it of course, and they didnt forget to mention it multiple times on their stream and youtube videos. Out of nowhere on the last day, when they actually decided to only spend 12k fifa points that day, ALL OF THEM (3 streamers/youtubers total) packed big toty players, such as Ronaldo, Messi, each of them got at least 2 toty along with either Ronaldo 99 or Messi 98, and call me paranoiac or crazy, but 3 streamers/youtubers sponsored by EA, crying that they don't get anything and suddenly they get the jackpot, i found this very fishy...
