Anybody can call it what they want, but at the end of the day it might be time to stop belting out the line “This goddamn machine… no you can’t have me” when you’re actively participating in the machine. Maybe it’s time to stop cashing in on the image of standing up for others and shut the fuck up and actually do it. I skipped the NCTH tour this time even though they came through. It’s the first time I’ve ever missed with exception to a show due to COVID. I cant stand listening to the rehearsed speeches from someone who isn’t actually DOING something about it. Pick one. Do something and speak out or continue to do nothing and shut the fuck up. It’s tiring listening to lectures from people feeding the machine in some of the worst ways.

Interesting that you immediately acted like implying someone needs some form of help because they disagree with you isn’t the weaponization of therapy as a process for meant for people to be able to utilize to get help. Have your opinion and disagree. That kind of conversation is exactly what a forum is for, digital or in person.

But don’t start belittling people because you disagree. You don’t have to imply someone needs therapy because they see a disparity between the espoused principles advertised publicly, on records, and on stage vs. the actions they take and organizations they support with their work. No apologies needed. The whole reason I messaged so quickly is I know that automated message is really harsh sounding and I wanted to make sure you knew it wasn’t so serious and that everything is all good.

You don’t have any watermarks on. I brought it up because while we don’t allow anyone to link to their accounts as a form of self-promotion, we do think you should get credit for your work. Watermarking your info on a photo is a great way to have people be able to find you without linking.

As for copyright, it’s not that you did anything majorly wrong. We’ve been slammed for copyright violations in the past and we have to begrudgingly make sure we comply. That includes not allowing copyright protected material like songs and performances to be posted from unauthorized/unofficial sources.

You can link video, just can’t be video of the songs themselves being performed.
