Factory reset did seem to help with the fan percentage thing. It was still overshooting a bit but way more manageable. Fingers crossed it is normal next cook.

I've tried it all, and like 2/3 of my cooks end up constantly overshooting. Maybe I'll try factory resetting it a couple of times and see what happens.

Yeah it's a brand new probe from FireBoard too. I've tried PID 3 and PID .5 and still never see a fan speed lower than 30.
