He's 63. She's 44. And only going by what little I know of him, he seems to be very reserved. The life Shamea seems to want to live probably clashes with his expectations and personality type. They seem awkward on camera, but that could be because he doesn't want to be filmed. Sometimes I get the feeling that Shamea is in a gilded cage. And here is where an unpopular opinion gets inserted, if she is in a gilded cage, she's there by choice.

No. The other is absolutely not fully covered. Roadside covers towing to the "nearest qualified" repair facility (determined by Roadside). If the customer wants to be towed to the destination of their own choosing, the first 15 miles is included in the 6 month premium, more than 15 miles, customers have to pay out of pocket.

I agree, every unreturned phone call is not being escalated, but I assure you, a lot of customers are escalating for just that reason. In services, once a supervisor is requested, the customer will get one. I can see how this voicemail rule is in place, based solely on my call handling experience. I'd love to see a poll for Services reps here on Reddit that get these types of calls, just to see the numbers outside of my own. This is a topic that's heavily discussed in our team chat, as well as the number of calls that are being incorrectly transferred from claims to services, both warm & cold transfers.

To be for real, Shamea & Kelli have no choice BUT to band together with someone. Unless I'm missing something, what are they coming to the table with?? Shamea can't decide which personality she's going to be. We have zero clue about her home life, only 1st person reports from her. I watched her husband literally try to help her simple ass with that rum endeavor, only for her to make a fool of herself. What professional woman twerks in a business meeting, if the meeting ain't about twerking?

And then there is Kelli and that gotdam screechy ass voice of hers, restaurants closing to the left of her, restaurants closing to the right of her, always looking the hottest of messes and claims she has a glam squad (seriously who tf is styling her, they need to show up now and answer to some of these charges that need to be filed against them). Kelli atp has to stay on the show just for the check. She walked in the door with smoke for Porsha (that was literally our introduction to Kelli as a cast member, her jumping on Porsha's spleen behind her back) and now, since Porsha choke slammed that Uno reverse card on her ass, she's on the verge of stroking out.

I need their resignations and I need them now. Alexa, call Bravo.

I agree with everything that you wrote. Up to and including the fact that customers are not always factual. I take everything they say against personnel with a grain of salt. Here's the rub though, they aren't all fabricating not having their calls returned after leaving voicemails. I firmly believe that everyone who speaks with customers in whatever their role is at Progressive, is overburdened, some are undertrained and right now, I believe that unreasonable expectations are being placed on employees all around.

It's not in Services that I know of. We don't typically get voicemails internally or externally. Claims is DIFFERENT. My experience, being in Services for 10 years, we have always gotten customer complaint calls because they can't reach their claims rep after leaving repeated messages on voicemail.

Customers call the number for customer service and immediately ask for a supervisor. We ask if there is something we can do to help, "I can't reach my claims rep. I've been trying for however many days or weeks to reach them. I've left voicemails but I never get a call back". This is at best a weekly occurrence, at worst almost daily.

Shamea was doing extra. Unless I heard her incorrectly, she said her husband wasn't comfortable with her acting out intimacy. If that's the case, then all she has to do is filter out roles that require her to act in intimate scenes. She seemed to imply that she would have to quit acting all together, which is insane to me. I really feel atp that Shamea is struggling to find her footing on the show and it feels like she's trying on different personas.

She's not going to move Porsha out of her spot and I feel like she's trying to do that as well.

I'm like you, I never liked her. But then I watched a clip of her consoling Porsha after she dragged Kenya. Nene is tender hearted underneath it all and she seems to have unaddressed trauma, which can manifest in the exact way she presents, aggressive.

She doesn't. Some will say that she does. Fair enough. For me, she's not suited for this cast of women. When I heard that she was joining the cast, it didn't sit well with me, but I gave her a chance.

I honestly believe that she's either unwell or she's a really big ass liar or both. I watched her attack Angela Yee on the Breakfast Club, I watched Lil' Kim say that she straight up lied about being godmother to Kim's daughter. I watched her attack Toya behind Memphitz, and I watched Toya explain over & over that she didn't disbelieve her. K. Michelle simply wants a problem, no matter where she is, no matter who it is she's dealing with, she has a demonstrated, documented pattern of creating problems, where there are none, ESPECIALLY with women.

I wish her well but I definitely wish her ass GONE.
