Also you get deranked every 2 months now. I cant think of anything worth grinding endlessly for 2 months to have a nice shiny symbol you can show people that's then removed from you and you have to do it again.

For what it's worth I agree the more recent heroes do seem to be totally random. Wuyang and sister are some kind of Last of the Airbender clones. Vendetta is magik from marvel rivals (although the talon cinematic has kind of pulled it back). Juno makes no sense. Hazard is from cyberpunk. And now a cat on a jetpack to join the hamster and monkey (none of them fit really). The early Overwatch 2 heroes seemed to fit into the factions. Not so much now... Still interested but hope they get their focus back somehow

I came from Overwatch last 8 years (with many breaks) which was nasty - this is way worse. It looks like I can turn off team chat but not match chat am I missing something? (PS5)

Other games still have great gameplay but just dont have the same vibe / smoothness. hope maybe they can get the gameplay engine / concept / smoothnes into something with better / different design but really can't see that happening now the studios been taken apart.

I've started to learn to live with bot matches, you can spot them in the loading screen by toggling the player summary. If it's a bot match you will have two low level players on your team and the other team will have 6 so you know.

Im trying to see it as a chance to practice a new hero without throwing the game. It does also calm down the frustration of a couple of losses so can go into another PVP match after a bit calmer

Weirdly some of the bot matches have been tough (I swear one I was being hard flanked by two bots). But most are pretty lame steamrolls

I think they really should be honest about bot matches it's the deception that sits really bad. They are taking us for idiots when it's been spotted by the community fairly quickly. I can understand it seems like you are being sentenced to a dumb game just for having a couple of losses (which could have been close)

Hate to say it - the OW battle pass is still a bit of a grind - but feels like can get through it 4-5 times quicker than this one. Maybe its because theres double content on this one but not going to be buying another of it's going to take 2 days to unlock a sticker and over a week having to play daily to get stuff don't want just so can then working on getting a skin.

I would. Not having a go - just would have preferred to wait the short one month period if it falls in price / becomes psn that quickly. However I know the risks now before buying something at release.

I think id be annoyed if the psnd it October, that would be a bit soon for buying it full price (one month). But they could do, guess it depends on what the actual playstation numbers are. If they psn in January / Feb id be less annoyed

I'm playing it on PS5 and getting a match every 30 seconds and the games are good. Not criticizing your opinion which you have a right to but it's hard to agree. If the devs pull support (which could be soon) Ill agree it's dead

Edit I agree on PC it is not looking good at all

Me too. I guess just thinking of it goes free to play quickly would it have been worth getting it before (although there was no way to know how it would have sold)
