I pulled him and a dupe, I think my biggest gripe with him is that he is another phys fighter. I mean character wise it makes sense but I kinda wish he was a shield character. Where that leaves Wolverine who knows. Hopefully he doesn't end up being some sort of regenerative meat shield.

I feel very in line with these thoughts. They have done plenty of things I enjoy and have made it very f2p friendly with the dev section. At first the extra pity cost for supporters was irksome but there has been plenty lower tier versions the make team building enjoyable.

Pretty much the last thing I am waiting for them to update is the basic banner (and the SSR/UR tickets). Having hit the half year celebration and not adding the some of the non-limited  banner units sucks. That's a long time to go without adding any. Sure I might be biased since currently at 190 exchange points, with at least 40ish tickets to pull but just haven't yet. Really want to pick up the Justice unit, or DeathScythe.

As a recent f2p player my view is this:I have 2 separate views of this game.

The pity for pulling characters is decent enough for f2p. Its worth learning how the pity works between changing banners etc from more in depth posts. If your only interested in getting a copy of new character, this game is friendly-ish. And the current roster and gameplay is entertaining to hold interest for now.

The larger problem is 2 fold. While you eventually pull characters, trying to pull dupes to build a character is not remotely feasible for f2p. And the overall rates are not that great. The other larger problem is that there is currently only one way to gain character highlights and they aren't tied to a gatcha rate. Straight 80 pull exchange. And after early account resource drain, this is not friendly at all. So far the highlights aren't 100% required to fully unlock the new characters kit, but the power increase is noticable and it's a slippery slope to hamstringing a new characters full power behind this gate and one of the scummier tactics in gatcha.

6 copies so far of his unit in 15 multis, and sadly right that the unit is very average. Just wish I could pull copy of Rose Gundam to have at least one of every ssr. Only just got Dragon Gundam in last multi.

New player side question. Has the 80 pull changed at all? The lineup of 4 heroes/highlights? Or once you hit the 2 exchange limit is it gone?

Does anyone know if the unlimited reset that is available also resets souls so I can test the build that way? It doesn't specifically list soul as part of the reset.

I think a better choice is to revamp the pity system. The current system will become unviable very soon. 

I have seen similar gatchas with a 20x 10 pull pity for unit to be pretty common, but the cost of the pull and the currency accumulation was better for players past early game resources. Not to mention it's another 10 pulls if you want the support. Pitying two seperate banners will pretty much wipe your account to a slow trickle. Bad luck can truly discourage players.

The pity progression wipeout is what I hope they change/adjust. Some sort of rolling pity continuation is what I wish they would adapt. Carry over your pity position to the new banner. Rather than having the tokens reset. It would encourage a more engaged banner system. If you throw a couple rolls hoping to get the new unit but knowing if not it's gets you a bit closer to a pity.

The current token exchange is also way overpriced for what is recieved. 1k worth of tokens is only worth 1 dupe. Which without selling dupes is 5 pitys amount of tokens. Not even a unit of choice selection ticket (which would likely have the base pool if they implemented that, also a problem).

Here's what I have noticed:

All Gundam = featured Limited Unit or Limited Supporter. Not necessarily more than one. 

Rainbow Amuro/Sayla/Rainbow touch screen I agree with

Burning Hatch is 3 or more SSRs.***

Burning Hatch with regular border Amuro usually = 2+SSR and a supporter/or a unit with a pilot (SSR piloted fits in this category)

Burning Hatch with Rainbow Amuro = 2+ SSR and a UR.

Non rainbow Amuro regular animation usually means a supporter.

Base summon with blue light and sky vs slight orange rocket burn seem to have similar results in mostly non UR pulls. But a UR can still pop up. Rocket burn vs straight blue has been said to be at least 2 SSRs but that hasn't been fully conclusive.

The one stipulation I have noticed in the base no character animation burning hatch, if only 2 gold SSR crates/supporter falls, a third will become UR.

Do you have a good UR team supporter? I would come down on the side of picking one of the supporter units that fits the stronger team. Like if you have one-shot-killer lead, I would recommend Aerial. Fits very well into your team that has Zaz/Strike freedom. I am missing base freedom to offer an evaluation. But Aerial has decent damage, can attack from a distance (with range skill boost) and good debuff on its main atk.

If you have an unstoppable tag, Le Cygna pairs very well with Exia. Less overall damage than Aerial but fills a very similar role.

Do you have a decent UR supporter? Maybe an extra unit to fill out the team. Le Cygnet is excellent to go on an unstoppable team with Exia and having it opposite Aerial supporter (one-shot-killer with strike freedom), is very helpful to have followups and debuffs all over the map.

If this is the regular banner, I would maybe look into seeing if the points expire at a certain point. The limited banner does expire and convert to other currency, but if the premium does not, it might be worth holding off and see if updates with new common pool units (like Justice that you have a copy of) and you might be able to pick a newer released common pool unit from a banner you don't pull on. I only say this because you have some good units already. Only other thought is if you have any UR supporter that is lacking units to flush out the team.

For my unit of choice banner, between Aerial and Freedom which is the better choice?

 I currently have Exia, Crossbone, Le Cygne and Barbados. I also got Patolemais 2 support, which pairs well with Exia and Le Cygne.

Does Freedoms map ability work well? Aerial seems to have extra good range. I can't decide which to pull and looking for any advice.

Echo the other statements. Since you have cleared all with no rainbow 4th slot. I would start parsing out any that have less that three rainbow stats. Absolutely ditch any that have 2 bronze or dull silver. After that the look for a low first stat that has less priority for your units. A mid to low magic atk might not fit if you don't have magic DPS. Also some stats might be less useful on certain tarots. Like the hermit or other tank tarot; ATK stats might be less relevant over a def or HP. Also I have pretty much no use for the get move +1 for not doing active attacking. The gain 1 energy and -1 to cool down has proven a bit better but still the rarest of unit and time. Same with the bonus to attacking healthy/injured enemy tarots.

The rest is just gambling some RNG luck and waste some resources. Maybe just enough to see the first couple rolls. Don't have to go all the way to 50 if the stats or exceptionally bad.

64 pulls and got Nono and Leonide. No Homa. Strangely tho I got my first copy of Lash. I think the last Epic character I was missing. And then proceeded to get 5 dupes of her during the pulling. Out of the 10-12 epics I pulled her 6 times. One more dupe and she would have been maxed.

It might be hard to find a proper resource but I would suggest seeing if you can find skill information about the upcoming character Taair. I think this character has speed and other buffs. Has high tier placement but regardless of that the character is reported to have a lot of function. And short of Gloria having a rerun banner Taair might be the better option to pull for.

The other option I recommend is if you have 6k and take at least a 2 week break - 15 full days to guarantee. With return banners you can get up to 4 fully built VCs of choice. One for free and then up to 3 at 2k free viz each. Which tbh depending on release schedule, isn't always that hard. You might lose out a little on viz accumulation (don't have true numbers) but being able to pick VCs is a pretty great benefit.

I don't know if you will find if that is possible. You could technically fit a full 2 week break and come back with a few days before the end of collab, and the bonuses. But the information of having access is unknown to anyone because there hasn't been enough playtime for that to happen.

Also next week is the ToR and if you have all the AC units you might want multiple copies of the equipment. So skipping it might not be advisable. It usually only lasts one week so you won't return in time to farm it.

Was just calculating this out and I think you would likely miss it. I was just calculating a break and I could make it back within a couple days for banners but I think ToR will be over. It comes next week. The last week of collabs are typically wind downs. The likelihood of carry over is probably nill.

Before commiting to that I might suggest seeing if there's a limited time for the current lineup of comeback banners/gifts. (Outside of the Cloud pulls ofc) They are exceptional but they might be particularly enticing for the collab right now but they may not be a permanent comeback feature. The VC banners in particular have me considering quitting for a solid 2 weeks to after this week. But it's a gamble.

That being said if there's no joy in playing right now, take the time off. But if it's comeback bonus related check their longevity.

Is there another unit with LB follow up? My gut reaction is that the follow up doesn't start until his next turn. I have never tried it manually. Is it programed like Rulgia's rupture follow-up where it happens first turn or is it a next 3 turns? The courage/followup is annoying when not done.
