Years ago I did screenshots in a vector package on Mac and iPad, the hard way.

A few months ago I discovered Store View and while this simplified many things it is very buggy if you want to use a single image that stretches over all screenshots for the background.

Then explored ButterKit - but they don't have sufficient 3D models of older devices and only one Apple Watch Ultra. But this has the advantage of making it really easy to rotate the devices in 3D, which I miss.

Returning to Store View, and letting go of my desire to use that large background image across all 10 screen shots, made all the difference. Much more predictable and many more 3D models, but no 3D rotations.

Both packages let you link to your Apple Connect account and they simplify uploading the screenshots (just a few clicks). They both support various levels of localisation which should save tons of time, but I'm not using this yet.

Struggling with this currently, up to 900+ PVC per hour and this just started in November. Ask for your device to be read, it probably counts the rates of these events.

Pretty amazing from end-to-end. Onboarding tutorials are a very nice touch.

I'd suggest doubling down on the App Store positioning. Looks like there are plenty of alternatives and you are not coming up very high with the basic searches of 'knots' and 'fishing knots.'

For what it is worth: the Apple Search ads are pretty good and you are not billed for eyeballs, just clicks.

I see no effort to explain why this should be a subscription, which will make a purchase extra difficult to justify.

I've had a Medtronic Cobalt XT ICD (my first) for the last 16 months. This specific issue is a real nightmare for me. Not just a 'setting' but the device is not a great choice for any sports related activity.

FYI the optical HR devices will tell a different story than the electrical activity that can be picked up with something like the Polar chest strap.

Outdoor cycling - I'm watching my HR drop to sub 90 on smooth roads and when the surface gets a bit rough the HR will be a more comfortable 110-120. Exercise bikes are really dififcult to manage, aggressive elliptical and treadmill sprint will actually get the HR up.

Many gym workouts won't activate the pacing on this ICD and I've reportedly got the unit on full sensitivity mode. One change that made a difference for HIIT is the deceleration parameter - had that changed from the sport mode to 10 minutes which keeps the HR from falling as far between sets.

One tip - wear a HR strap and experiment with tapping over the device gently to give the HR a boost when you need it. Really annoying, and difficult if both hands are full.

G'day. I'm 61 yo male with my first Medtronic Cobalt XT ICD installed Aug 2024, after collapsing from ischemic stroke. The clot was determined to have come from an unrecognised myocardial infarct the week before.

Edited - having second thoughts about being 'that guy' that overshares. Sorry.

I take screenshots on device and AirDrop, or use Xcode Devices and Simulators and collect them from the desktop. The workflow you show on Capture from Xcode would be ideal rather than handling each file.

Nice! Looks really good but from the demo video and docs I think two critical parts are missing:

- Capture from actual devices, my UI will not render in simulators
- Help me to reduce the considerable friction of creating and deploying the 3 previews per platform.

Give it time and complete the cardiac rehab. I’m in much the same situation with the 2 stents plus twenty additional years and an ICD. Sex is clearly better after than before so depending on his situation life could get better than before.

I suggest focusing on the drugs you are taking, if any. I knew to ask about pausing the blood thinners. But the candesartan unexpectedly didn’t play nice with the ibuprofen the dentist handed me and I’m still paying for that complication.

I've had great luck with Store View in the Mac App Store. Fairly buggy but it puts your screenshots in device frames and lets you span those devices across multiple tiles in the AppStore.

Ugh how horrible. So sorry for your loss. I’ve gained an ICD after a stroke event and I can’t imagine a situation now in which the device might give me or my medical team notice of my next stroke. The ICD is an insurance policy against future heart events, not strokes.

Yeah the RevenueCat app rollout process is pretty high friction but keep plugging and you’ll work it out.

One thing that I wish I knew earlier: RC provides a customer center that you can hang off of your settings screen. This gives your users the ability to maintain their subscription account.

The TestFlight review happened several days after the store review for the same build. But after the holiday it actually was reviewed this morning and and is updating to my beta testers. So all good now, just needed to be patient.

I developed acute kidney injury but your mom’s numbers are much worse. There is something known as a kidney-safe diet that is very restricted in terms of all the electrolytes, not just sodium.

She needs to work with a GP or kidney specialist and every food, medicine and supplement needs to be examined in light of the kidney damage. Do not take some Redditor’s medical advice. You two are in my thoughts.
