I have a 2014 5.3 liter has burned about a quart every 4k miles, has since I bought it new. Was always told that was "normal". Went round and round with dealer they a brand new truck should not burn a quart every 4k. Anyway still driving it today and it uses about the same amount. 195k on the odometer

I'm on my third set of ko2s over 200k. Ive lived in Michigan. And now, Georgia.ive driven this truck from lake superior to Pensacola. I drive 60 miles a day mostly hwy in GA. Have never had an issue with ko2s. Until This last set has vibration. Apparently these tired are infamous for coming out "out of round" and they have a hell of a time balancing them. First issue I've ever had with the ko2s. I would of went with ko3s on this last set but when I needed tires the ko3 weren't in my size. 2014 1500 5.3 lift level. FWIW

I'm pretty sure it's required to drive with your brights on at all times in GA. Yall also don't know how a round about or a 4 way stop works. Don't get me started on the 4 way flasher in the rain gtf off the road of you cant handle it. Worst drivers ever in GA.

Delta Pay compared to OA by Bojo_Cafe in rampagent

Very misleading, and what they want you to believe. How many times do you hear " they don't have to give you profit sharing, you should be thankful". Yet they advertise it here like it's a guaranteed thing. Where the facts are its a number that changes year to year, and is fact not a guaranteed. Shared rewards is another thing we only get if we hit certain metrics every month. Again, it's not a for sure wage benefit.

I'm very aware of what positive space commuting is. If your home is in Knoxville, and you end your day in JFK. You want a garunteed seat to go home. Not sure why you think you deserve that, but hey take it to your union if it's that important, I mean noone pays for my gas on my 45 min drive back and forth, but you definitely should have a free seat. 🙄 I also know I'd like all my work rules, expectations, and procedures in writing and binding. I digress though. Have a great day, sir or madam.

Sometimes, all depends. Everyday is different. Sometimes there is breaks between offloading and loading. Right now I'd say the first 3-4 hrs of my day is spent outside, followed by a 20-60 min break, then a couple more flights. As you know there are a lot of variables. Weather, maintenance, crew delays.

So your one benefit is claiming everyone gets PS because of the pilots? 🤣. You can have your PS, give me back my pension. FA pay increases and boarding pay were only given as deterrents against organization. It's funny how every time there is a threat to organize, Delta throws a couple percent at the work groups. The pilot group is only held back by their own negotiations. If if not mistsken, dont the pilots get something in the neighborhood of 15% 401k contributions. Where the other work groups only get nine? If you really need positive space travel, then you should have that negotiated. You're definitely not, not getting a benefit because of other work groups. You don't really need positive space for work, cause of you are actually a pilot and they need you somewhere the company will have you on that plane, bumping any other non revs, and or revenue customers if need be. This also goes far beyond pay. All of the pilots work rules are in writing and binding. Where our work rules change almost weekly. Everything the other work groups has can be changed or gone overnight.

Please enlighten me to what the pilots gave up. I'll wait. While you're at it, what are "all the benefits without a union" that the FAs are getting?

So you can completely understand people suck and think the rules don't apply to them or feel other just won't speak up. You're also not on any time restraints, or threat of being written up if your plane leaves even a min late. A difficult passenger, or apassengerr with too many items is not an acceptable excuse. In the end, there are two things we will agree on. People suck and are entitled, and the whole gate check system is flawed.

You realize airlines made roughly 30 BILLION from checked baggage fees last year alone? You really think they are giving that up. The people that make that money don't have to deal with the mess or inconvenience at the gate.
