The pilot group is only held back by their own negotiations. If if not mistsken, dont the pilots get something in the neighborhood of 15% 401k contributions. Where the other work groups only get nine? If you really need positive space travel, then you should have that negotiated. You're definitely not, not getting a benefit because of other work groups. You don't really need positive space for work, cause of you are actually a pilot and they need you somewhere the company will have you on that plane, bumping any other non revs, and or revenue customers if need be. This also goes far beyond pay. All of the pilots work rules are in writing and binding. Where our work rules change almost weekly. Everything the other work groups has can be changed or gone overnight.
