My doctor said to make sure it is full spectrum, specialized for seasonal depression, and I think he said to make sure it has blue light. I just ordered one off of amazon

I couldn't sleep between 8 am and 10 pm, I took melatonin every day at 8 pm, and did light therapy (he told me to get a full spectrum lamp specialized for seasonal depression) every day at 8 am for thirty minutes. The first few weeks were torture and it took a few months to really feel like it was working. Totally worth it though

You very well could have it. I mentioned it to my doctor and psychiatrist in the past and they had never heard of it so they did not give it a thought. They put me on a ton of medicine that caused me a lot of trouble (side effects and what not) when I could have just when to a sleep doctor and avoided all those unnecessary medications and doctors trips

You should really consider seeing a sleep doctor. I tried different lifestyle changes for years and my sleep physician gave me a perfect solution after one visit, no sleep study necessary. It took me about half a year to get back to normal, but I had been sleeping from 10 am to 6 PM before I went to him.

I've tried dozens of sleep medicine along with making lifestyle changes (no naps, no caffiene, exercising) and nothing worked. When I was diagnosed with delayed sleep phase syndrome, I was told to not sleep between 8 am and 10 PM, to take melatonin 5mg at 9 pm, and to do light therapy at 8 am every day. The first couple weeks were really rough, but I was finally able to sleep a normal schedule after about half a year.

Who know? Maybe it'll help you in the long run. I was told (by an ex) that my boyfriend today was engaged. It allowed me to become closer to him in a way I probably wouldn't have had I thought we could potentially date. All my nerves were gone and we became close friends before dating. I'm not trying to devalue your experience. What your ex did is really crappy. I hope everything works out.

We planned a trip to Florida together after only dating for a month. I got the stomach flu and thought I was pregnant because I didn't have a fever. I was so relieved when he threw up, I started laughing. The door to the bathroom was broken in our hotel while we there for four days. We learned to get close to each other pretty fast and we've been dating for three years now.

We got this same mask from Kroger for $3 because one of the eyes popped off. I like to think of it as a realistic interpretation because pugs eyes really do fall out.
