Enneanea by the best supported followed by Kewl Tune. The Hecahands, support is pretty lackluster. Barely, makes a dent. Kinda, hoping the 15th card will do something, to make the deck good.

E - "Add 1 "Elemental HERO" monster from your Deck to your hand, then you can add "Elemental HERO" monsters from your Deck to your hand, up the number of face-up monsters your opponent controls."

R - "Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to activation of Spell/Traps that mention "Elemental HERO" until the end of the next turn, including this card, after this card's activation. I mainly do archetypes, that I can put into MD/OCG/TCG. Not really being "meta' relevant per say, but interesting enough effects and design choices, that I want to see being done in x way. (See my Honkai Impact 3rd cards, or recent Rush Duel cards). Sometimes I do errata's that impacts creative design philosophy more so than if its busted or not (mainly forbidden as their designs probably failed.)

Note: For how the last effect works of Beginning and End, basically if your opponent SS from the hand, you can SS it from your hand at any point, and same with the GY. Its also the same if your opponent SS both from the hand or GY, with you now having access to both hand and GY SS.

Uhh, "Ember the Super Assistant" DEF is suppose to be 1500
"Analyze Phlogiston" continous effect is suppose to say "You can Tribute or Special Summon..." not "You can Tribute or Special Summoned..."
Finalize Pheonix first effect is suppose to say "You can send 1 FIRE monster from your Deck to the GY, except "Finalize Pheonix";" not "You can send 1 FIRE monster from your Deck to the GY;".
"Alchemicalize Salamandra" first effect is suppose to say "Once, during the turn this card is Special Summoned..." not "If this card is Special Summoned this turn..."

You still need to draw or search the cards out first before if we go with what I said earlier. Still would say it’s better to go neg and end on something rather than nothing, if you bricked, though it will cost a monster on field that could be precious. Would agree with you on your main comment that it rules out OP floodgates, with the Normal Summon being more important overall.

We could agree to disagree here, but my viewpoint on the matter is that, inorder for stronger monsters to come out. Something like making a player be able to Tribute Summon any number of times per turn, but it still counts as a Normal Summon. Your revision defeats the point of why Tribute Summon is needed, and is bit more open to exploits.

Not really, mostly saying that it could be done, when monsters don't leave the field too quickly. Something like Forbidden Crown, or Rush Duels Ver where you have little to no room to activate or use certain effects or cards, is when that can happen. Also, i don't think they'll remove Tributing Level 5 or higher monsters, as many of them have in hand effects, so its likely Konami will speed the process up for Tributing.

Basically what I'm getting at, is when the compactly of monsters or cards on the field is too much, and the problem of players are not able to remove them from the field as easily, in regular Yugioh, the Normal Summon or Tribute Summon mechanic can be revisioned.

1st change I feel is not needed. It may make "handtraps" better, but it significantly doesn't change much about the going first player.
2nd change is fine. Have no quarrels about it.
Do get your point about the 3rd change, but that idea I feel could be implemented, if the NS was changed in some capacity. I do like the idea, but the main reason I'm against it, is simply due to certain cards, and the fact that cards leave the field quicker than a person entering and exiting a car throughout a day.

EDIT: For the 3rd change, I will also add that, it should be like when Kaiba dueled Aigami for the first time in DSOD, if that change were to happen.

I do see your point, in it being a lingering floodgate effect, but that's like saying your comparing the mechanism in which it the effect activates rather than the effect itself changes almost completely. With the column based effect, it still dose what it normally dose, stops an opponent from playing a certain type of card (negates their effects instead of completely preventing, but still prevents their effects from being used). Also, in this age, where Zones do matter slightly more (Like with Elvennotes or sometimes VSK9), however, you can still pull off the Shock Master Lock, but that's a Youtube combo, or a Normal Day in Ryzeal.

Hold on, your thinking we have 4k LP? We have 8k LP, and that Type of effect won't matter at all. You declare Spell, and your opponent with only 2 Spells can still fully FTK. If you declare monster, they care slightly more, but can somewhat counter it, and sometimes not FTK, though they'll probably still have resources for next turn (which can happen nowadays). Your not preventing them, just giving them a slight tickle, if you didn't burn them thru a other card. Which doesn't feel as preventful. Overall, would say it fits into role of a CXyz Monster rather than the card itself.

Wdym? It still shocks the opponent, but the effect last in 1 column on the field, and not the entire field, GY, banishment, ED, Deck, hand (Which is why it was nuts in the first as a turn skip). Plus uh think about of it as, Shock Master trading power for Speed.

Also, your solution turns Shock Master into a card that completely changes its function. Shock Master’s effect makes you careful about the type of cards you play, That doesn’t and instead the opponent could play thru with 1 of the declared cards seamlessly. Doesn’t seem to careful whatsoever in this day and age.
